PhD Grants

The Ph.D. students of CMAT members usually apply to the PhD grants programmes of the Fundação Calouste Gulbenkian and of Fundação para a Ciência e Tecnologia. Information about these PhD funding programmes is available in http://www.gulbenkian.pt and http://www.fct.mctes.pt/bolsas.

The joint Doctoral Programme in Mathematics and Applications of the Universities of Minho and Aveiro will award some PhD grants in each edition.
