In this talk we will show that a flat Riemannian manifold with skew torsion has harmonic torsion. We will analyse the compact case and prove that if the flat manifold is also simply connected then it is a Lie group, and otherwise its universal cover is the isometric product of an Euclidean space and a compact Lie group.
